BioI hate bios.
What can I say? I am a fourth year English and Women's studies major and am politically active at my university. I'm looking toward my masters in interdisciplinary studies combining database design and feminist theory. The idea is to code the connections between feminist writings, authors, time periods, theories and activism and the translate those connections into database relationships. Hopefully this project will be a useful resource for students and those wanting a greater understanding of the vastness of the feminist movement.
I am trans-identified. Who the hell knows that this means :) Gender is one of those concepts under constant revision. It's a moving target and basing ones identity upon it is treacherous at best.
Sexuality is another constantly changing point of awareness, but finally I am in a place where I am free to explore that to its fullest- if only I have the courage to do so.
